Non-Personnel Costs

  • The current rate for non-personnel COLA is: 5.5%

COLAs on non-personnel costs are determined as follows:

  1. The Bureau of Labor Statistics CPI records for the Pacific region are queried.
  2. The last three half year periods are averaged. In the current example:
    • 2021 Half 1 = 3.1%
    • 2021 Half 2 = 5.5%
    • 2022 Half 1 = 7.8%
    • Average = 5.5%
